We create gorgeously unique garden spaces, giving you that extra room you’ve always wanted.
We are a friendly, approachable and passionate bunch of designers, builders and architects who are obsessed with art and design. We work together with you to create beautiful garden rooms that we guarantee will become your new favourite ‘room’ in the house.
Whether you need a home office, gym, cinema, art studio or a garden pub, we can help. We'll even bring our espresso machine on site while we’re working because, like you, we appreciate the good things in life!

There won’t be a garden room like yours anywhere in the world. It’ll have the bespoke design, layout, fixtures, fittings and colour scheme you want.
We’ll start by sitting down and talking about ideas, sketching out some initial designs, then we’ll re-work these until you’re 100% happy.

What we do
We work with you to design your dream garden room. We’ll do a site visit, take measurements and discuss your ideas before sketching some initial designs and a floorplan.
We may run through a few variations of the initial design to make sure you are 100% happy before we start the build.
Design
Once the design is approved, we will send in our friendly team of builders to break ground and lay the foundations for your bespoke garden room.
You can ask us any questions throughout the project and we are always on hand to offer reassurance or advice.
Sustainable build
Once your bespoke garden room project is complete, it’s not farewell!
We are available to answer questions about maintenance, and help resolve any issues that arise, so that you can enjoy your garden room for many, many years to come.

FAQs
Q: What does the average bespoke garden room cost?
A: Depends on size, but it starts at around £25,000 for an all year round use.
The sky is the limit with what it can cost all singing all dancing!
Q: Do I need planning permission?
A: Mostly not if the garden room is under 30m2. The other criteria to take into account is whether you want to use it for sleeping people!
We will give you all relevant info during the first free consultation.
Q: How long does it take to build?
A: Four to six weeks.
Q: Can I have WiFi in my garden room?
A: Yes. Either boosted from the house or a dedicated cat 6 cable run.
Q: Can garden rooms have toilets?
A: Yes. This depends on a few criteria and may require planning permission, but not always.
